Henderson Park and Pyramid Global Hospitality acquire Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Puerto Rico

Jones Day advised Henderson Park in the acquisition with Pyramid Global Hospitality ("Pyramid") of the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The hotel is a luxury 579-room beachfront resort that includes suites and villas, 14 food and beverage outlets and access to a 27-hole championship golf course, among other amenities.

Pyramid, a leading hospitality management company, has been selected to operate the hotel. The acquisition marks both companies' first investment in Puerto Rico.
