Client(s) Phoenix Merchant Partners, LP

Jones Day represented Phoenix Merchant Agent, LP, a subsidiary of Phoenix Merchant Partners, LP, as lender, in connection with an amendment to both first and second lien credit facilities to a provider and operator of carrier-neutral data centers, as well as in connection with the purchase of certain first lien revolving and term loans.
