Jones Day advised LDz (formerly Louis Delhaize) in the sale of Delfood SA, the Belgian company comprising all Louis Delhaize stores, the points of sale operating under supply agreements with Delfood SA, as well as the logistics services and headquarters based in Belgium, to Delhaize Le Lion/De Leeuw, part of the Ahold-Delhaize group.
