Jones Day advised Costruire Group S.r.l. in relation with the execution of a new financing in the form of newly issued notes (class "Super Senior") issued by Le Vigne Residence S.r.l. to fund, among others, the Capex Plan and refinance (in part) the purchase price for the acquisition of the real estate assets located in Verbania.
