Client(s) Euryale S.A. and Kryalos SGR S.p.A.

Jones Day advised Euryale S.A. and Kryalos SGR S.p.A. as purchasers in connection with a transaction involving the development and sale of a portfolio of four healthcare residential facilities (RSAs) located in Lombardy for a total of over 750 beds. The transaction included the sale of the properties by Carron to the fund managed by Kryalos, together with the simultaneous execution of lease agreements specifically negotiated with the operator Codess Sociale Società Cooperativa Sociale, an organization active in 11 Italian regions in the social assistance, healthcare, and educational sectors, serving over 9,000 individuals.
