Intermediate Capital Group provides financing for acquisition of Leoni Studer Hard by IONISOS

Client(s) Intermediate Capital Group plc

Jones Day assisted Intermediate Capital Group plc (ICG) in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Leoni Studer Hard GmbH, a European provider of irradiation accelerator technology used to crosslink pipes and cables for the construction and automotive sectors, by IONISOS Groupe, a leading provider of cold sterilization services in France and Spain. The acquisition was financed through the subscription by funds managed by ICG of acquisition/capex unitranche bonds issued under the financing put in place by ICG in July 2016 in the context of the acquisition of the IONISOS Groupe by Ardian.
