Jones Day represented EDAP TMS SA, a French company that develops and manufactures therapeutic ultrasound equipment for treatment of urological disorders, in connection with its $11.5 million sale of shares, in the form American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), and a warrant attached exercisable for one Ordinary Share in the form of ADSs in a registered direct offering. H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the exclusive placement agent.
