Jones Day advised Natixis in connection with the €89 million (US$97.9 million) financing provided to ITHoldCo for the acquisition of the quota representing the entire share capital of Immobiliare Laurentiana S.r.l., a company owning a prime mixed-use real estate asset located in Milan, Via Della Spiga 26.
