Jones Day is advising International Automotive Components Group, LLC on the proposed Hybrid Bill before Parliament with regard to the High Speed 2 Railway. Advice and counseling includes commenting on the environmental impact assessment and land compensation issues, and representation in a formal petition to Parliament and appearance before the House of Commons Select Committee objecting to certain aspects of the High Speed 2 proposal that would impact client facilities.
