Jones Day represented RockWood Equity Partners LLC in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company Astrex Electronics, Inc. of substantially all of the assets of TIM-CO/CAL-RF, a California corporation that distributes electronic components and cable assemblies. In connection with the acquisition, Astrex refinanced its senior and subordinated credit facilities.
