Jones Day provided legal advice to Henko Capital Partners SGEIC, S.A. in a financing agreement granted to Healthinfra Solutions, S.L. and Cieca, S.L. in connection with the acquisition by Healthinfra Solutions, S.L. of 100% of the share capital of Cieca, S.L., the financing of the variable purchase price, and general corporate purposes of the Group.
