Jones Day represented Banca IMI, as arranger and senior investor, in connection with a loan securitization transaction, deriving from loans secured by salary and pension assignment and by payment delegation, provided by Fincontinuo, a financial intermediary operating in the personal loans sector. The transaction was implemented through the restructuring and the increase of the asset-backed notes issued by the Italian securitization vehicle Smeralda SPV S.r.l.
