Client(s) Northeast hospital

Jones Day is currently representing a Northeast hospital in its acquisition of the pre-eminent cardiologist practice in the community. Jones Day is advising the hospital regarding the negotiation of the purchase of the cardiologists' practice assets and the structuring of the physicians' terms of employment, including the employment compensation arrangement. We are also advising the client regarding structuring the operation of the practice as a provider-based clinic.
