Kimberly Pustulka named among "Notable Women in Law" by Crain's Cleveland Business

Jones Day is pleased to announce that Kimberly Pustulka has been selected for Crain's Cleveland Business' 2026 "Notable Women in Law" list, which honors the top women in law in Cleveland for their professional excellence, leadership, and impact in the profession and their community.

Kim is a trusted adviser to public companies and their boards on significant corporate governance, capital markets, and SEC compliance matters, drawing on more than 25 years of experience spanning a wide range of industries. She has served as lead partner on multibillion‑dollar financing transactions and has navigated clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, through the full spectrum of public company disclosure, stock exchange requirements, and market‑moving events. She has presented on corporate governance and SEC compliance topics, including for corporate boards, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the Firm's public company speaker series.

Kim is active within the Firm and in the community. She leads the Ohio Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance and co-chairs Jones Day's Women Affinity Group and the Cleveland office's Women RRAIN (Retention, Recruiting & Advancement in Networking) initiative. She also serves on the Cleveland Leadership Center (CLC) board, is a founding Champion of CLC's Women Catalysts program, and is a proud member of the 2025 Leadership Cleveland class. Kim also servs on the philanthropic board of Cleveland Children's and as the co-chair of the Cleveland office's United Way campaign. She has had long tenures on the boards of Positive Education Program, the Lakewood YMCA and the University at Buffalo Alumni Association.
