GfK sells down interest in Australian joint venture

Jones Day advised GfK Asia Pte Limited on its sale of shares in an Australian joint venture company to the other shareholder. As part of the sale, GfK renegotiated the Shareholders Agreement with the other shareholder and each shareholder negotiated new Services Agreements with the joint venture company.
