Jones Day advised IBL Istituto Bancario del Lavoro S.p.A. and UniCredit Bank AG in connection with the 2022 renewal of the "Marzio Finance" securitisation programme (i.e. securitisation of salary secured loans originated by IBL banca in Italy) and issuance of the Series 9 in the context thereof.
