Jones Day advised a pool of lenders led by Banca IMI S.p.A., the investment bank of the Intesa SanPaolo Group, in financing the closed end real estate fund MH Real Estate Crescita, managed by Hines Italia SGR S.p.A., for the purchase and the refurbishment of a hotel located in Milan.
