Ashton Williams' practice focuses on business restructuring and reorganization, including chapter 11 proceedings, complex bankruptcy litigation, chapter 15 proceedings, and other bankruptcy-related matters. She also counsels distressed clients on out-of-court insolvency and restructuring-related matters.
Ashton is currently working on teams representing Bestwall, an affiliate of Georgia-Pacific, and DBMP, an affiliate of CertainTeed, to resolve their asbestos liabilities. She was also part of the team representing LTL Management and Red River Talc, affiliates of Johnson & Johnson, in efforts to resolve talc-related liabilities.
