Brianne Kendall's practice focuses on representing companies in complex commercial litigation matters. Brianne also has significant experience in arbitration and consumer class action defense.

Brianne's practice has an emphasis on prosecuting and defending claims involving unfair competition, business torts, contract disputes, products liability, public nuisance, trade secrets misappropriation, consumer credit and protection, health care payor-provider disputes, data privacy, and RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). She has participated in internal investigations and served as counsel of record on complicated business disputes and regulatory matters.

Brianne is currently defending a major retailer against claims alleging that the distribution and sale of prescription opioids amounts to a RICO violation. Recently, following a merits hearing, Brianne obtained a favorable arbitration award against a demand seeking millions of dollars in alleged damages.

Brianne maintains an active pro bono practice. She served as trial counsel and obtained asylum on behalf of a client and her minor son from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Brianne also contributes to her community. She was appointed by the dean of the USC Gould School of Law to serve as a board member for the USC Law Alumni Committee for Orange County. Brianne is also a member of the Orange County chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
