Kevin Ganley represents clients in complex litigation and government and internal investigations.

Kevin has experience throughout the life cycle of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, experts, and trial preparation. His litigation practice spans an array of subject areas, such as the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, trade secrets, commercial disputes, contract disputes, and fiduciary duties.

Kevin also has represented companies in conducting sensitive internal and government investigations, including matters involving allegations of misconduct by senior leaders and executives.

Kevin has written published articles on topics such as trade secrets, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. He also contributes to the Firm's annual global trade secret update.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kevin served as a law clerk to Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
