Daniel Baum focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and labor and employment matters, including disputes and counseling. Daniel serves clients in the transportation, health care, higher education, telecommunications, and financial services industries.

Daniel's litigation experience spans the life cycle of a case, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, and appeals. He represents clients in single plaintiff and class action disputes, including consumer protection claims, wage and hour claims, discrimination and retaliation claims, and claims under collective bargaining agreements. Daniel also counsels clients on local, state, and federal employment law compliance; employee handbooks and policies; and collective bargaining negotiations.

Daniel is involved in various pro bono initiatives, and he speaks to tour groups at The Zekelman Holocaust Center about his family's Holocaust story.
