Client(s) Sovereign wealth fund investor

Jones Day represented a sovereign wealth fund investor in connection with its acquisition of a 36.9% limited partnership interest in KSL CCA Co-Invest 2, L.P., from an affiliate of Citigroup, representing a fully funded Capital Commitment of $30,000,000. The Partnership was formed to co-invest with a number of other parallel investment entities in Clubcorp, Inc. In addition, the client made two previous investments in KSL Partnerships ($150,000,000 investment and a $182,000,000 investment).
