Jones Day counseled Morgenthaler Partners in its sale of certain assets of portfolio company Flow Solutions, Inc., a provider of fluid processing systems, products, and services, to Pall Corporation, a manufacturer of a wide range of filtration and separation equipment and products, in its business of distributing highly-specialized fluid filtration and separation products in the life sciences industry.
