Jones Day partner Katherine Blair named to L.A. Business First's "Women of Influence" list

Katherine Blair, a partner with more than three decades of experience, has been named to L.A. Business First's "Women of Influence" list. This honor recognizes women from any industry who stand out both for their achievements in the marketplace as well as their commitment to community and mentoring.

Ms. Blair advises clients on corporate matters, focusing on capital markets transactions, securities and listing regulations, and corporate governance.

Her recent achievements include leading $180 million of public offerings for a plant-based food company, more than $150 million in subordinated debt offerings for financial institutions, and more than $100 million in capital raises for an electric vehicle manufacturer. She is an active contributor to the California and Los Angeles legal communities, currently serving on the board of governors of the USC/LACBA Institute for Corporate Counsel and previously served as Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Business Law Section.
