Jessica Zhang has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Her practice encompasses contentious and noncontentious work spanning patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.

Jessica regularly advises clients in patent litigation in China and before U.S. district courts. She also assists with discovery and deposition preparation involving Chinese-based clients, drawing on her ability to navigate cross-border legal and procedural complexities.
