Diana Zannetou advises on energy and infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Diana has experience across the transactional, development, and construction of energy and infrastructure projects, covering the full project life cycle. She advises owners, developers, and sponsors on contracting strategy and on a range of energy projects, including waste-to-energy, solar, wind, LNG (liquefied natural gas) and gas infrastructure, and wider built environment projects.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Diana advised the owner of a tyre pyrolysis project on the development and construction of a plant converting rubber shreds into recovered fuels. She also advised on complex construction contracts for large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East and Asia and on LNG supply and associated infrastructure, including FSRUs (floating storage and regasification units) and LNG terminals. In addition, she advised Metlen Energy & Metals during an in-house secondment, where she focused on bridge financings and on several international M&A transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
