Marc Walters is a trial lawyer who defends clients in products liability actions in state and federal courts nationwide. He has been a member of more than a dozen trial teams, with most of those cases tried to verdict, including multiple trials that resulted in complete defense verdicts.
Marc is currently focusing on product liability matters in connection with the Firm's representation of the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. He has experience in pretrial litigation, such as taking expert and fact witness depositions, managing discovery from the date of filing onward, and motions practice. During trial, Marc has argued motions and evidentiary issues to the court and has crossed witnesses. He has also developed post-trial experience by drafting post-trial briefs, including appellate arguments.
Marc is a certified public accountant (inactive) in Ohio. Prior to attending law school he worked for a Big Four accounting firm in Cleveland as a public company auditor. He volunteers as a coach for Case Western Reserve University's undergraduate mock trial team.
