Chantal Wynter-Jackson joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2025. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Chantal worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs for approximately 15 years, including nearly a decade as a supervisor, where she assisted with internal investigations.
During law school, Chantal earned a Legal Analytics and Innovation Certificate with a focus on technology, including artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI. Through this concentration, she developed a sophisticated understanding of how technologies and systems influence and advance the practice of law, as well as how to evaluate, implement, and use AI‑enabled solutions.
