Esmeralda Vera advises domestic and multinational clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition law matters. Her practice focuses on merger control, governmental investigations, and compliance counseling. She guides clients through merger control filings arising from public and private transactions and represents them in investigations involving potentially anticompetitive conduct.

Esmeralda has developed significant experience advising clients on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory matters. Her practice also encompasses foreign direct investment reviews and general corporate matters, allowing her to provide practical, commercially focused advice that reflects clients' broader business objectives.

Esmeralda is also committed to pro bono service. She supports a nonprofit cultural institution on corporate governance matters and advises on its day-to-day legal needs.
