Roberto has extensive experience conducting due diligence on environmental, regulatory, and administrative law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate restructurings, public and private acquisitions, and asset and share purchase transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
His transactional experience spans a wide range of industries, including renewable energy (solar photovoltaic, wind, and biogas projects), water and waste management, data centers, food and beverage, aeronautics, hospitality, and industrial manufacturing. Clients value his "great ability to analyze and synthesize complex problems, providing practical and reasonable solutions" and rely on him for timely and assertive advice on their most complex transactions.
He also has experience in regulatory, health, and administrative matters; the processing and management of permits, licenses, and concessions; administrative proceedings and litigation before federal and local authorities; and the drafting of federal and local authorities.
Roberto serves as commissioner on the Sustainability Commission of CAMESCOM and as vice coordinator of the Environmental Law Committee of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE).
