Stéphane Raison advises on French and international tax matters. His practice focuses on the taxation of investment funds and their investors, transactional tax, and tax litigation.

He regularly counsels investment funds and their management teams on all aspects of tax structuring, including carried interest. He also handles the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, capital markets, and financing transactions.
