Andy Rumschlag practices complex commercial litigation. He has experience in federal and state courts representing clients in mass torts, commercial contract disputes, and constitutional litigation. Andy also counsels financial institutions in state and federal fair access and anti-debanking matters.
Andy maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes criminal appeals, post-conviction petitions, and housing matters. In addition, he serves as an editor for Inter Alia, an award-winning newsletter published by the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Andy served as a law clerk for Judge James S. Gwin at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
