Adam Rongo represents employers across multiple industries in complex labor and employment litigation and traditional labor relations matters. He counsels companies on compliance with federal and state employment laws and defends them in single-plaintiff cases, class and collective actions, and labor-management disputes.
Adam's litigation experience includes claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and state wage and hour and discrimination statutes. He helps employers develop workplace policies, conduct investigations, and manage risk as labor and employment obligations evolve. Adam has experience representing employers before courts and administrative agencies and has experience in all phases of litigation — from discovery and dispositive motion practice to trial preparation. Adam also represents airlines and railroads in Railway Labor Act (RLA) matters, including litigation, arbitration, collective bargaining, and regulatory proceedings.
