Izzy Presberry represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience at all stages of litigation, from drafting initial pleadings and motions through discovery and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Izzy served as a term law clerk for Judge Susan P. Baxter and temporarily for Chief Magistrate Judge Richard A. Lanzillo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. During law school, he focused on complex litigation while working with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice's Market Integrity and Major Frauds Unit.
Izzy serves as a volunteer with the Penn Hills Youth Football and Cheer Association (PHYFCA).
