Gabrielle Pritsker focuses her commercial litigation practice on Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA), consumer class action, and bankruptcy litigation. Gabrielle has handled many aspects of litigation, including consulting on viable claims, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, and preparing fact and expert witnesses.

Gabrielle is currently involved in Jones Day's representation of a foreign client in a large multidistrict litigation, defending against claims brought under the ATA. Her other recent experience includes defense of one of the three largest credit reporting agencies against claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Gabrielle has defended the company in several class actions and in more than a dozen individual actions.

Gabrielle has an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients seeking asylum status and has successfully represented an Ethiopian asylum applicant in Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals who faced persecution due to his political opinion. She also has experience working with the D.C. Bar Advice & Referral Clinic.
