Eva Pang's practice focuses on transactions such as cross-border M&A and foreign direct investment. Eva has assisted biopharmaceutical, new energy, and high-end manufacturing companies in mergers and acquisitions and equity transfers. She also assists foreign investors in setting up wholly foreign-owned enterprises and joint ventures in China and provides legal services on company establishment, regulatory approval, and employment. In addition, she advises Chinese companies on outbound investments across Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe.

Eva's recent deal experience includes: the formation of a joint venture between a leading American automotive parts supplier and a Chinese state-owned company; the acquisition of a U.S. biotech company by a Chinese-listed medical company; the strategic business cooperation between a Chinese automotive company and a French vehicle manufacturer; a Taiwan-listed semiconductor company's acquisition of equity and technology cooperation with an Italian-listed company; the acquisition of a Chinese silicone materials company by a prominent international chemical company; a globally leading commercial real estate services company's carve-out of its property management business in China; a well-known international communications company's divestiture of its advanced materials business; the acquisition of the industrial motor and generator business of a U.S.-listed company by a renowned international motor company; and a global private equity firm's divestiture of a Texas-based global provider of passive and electromechanical timing, synchronization, power, connectivity, and radio frequency solutions.

Eva also has experience in internal investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and in initial public offerings (IPOs).

Eva is a member of the California State Bar Association.
