Anne Bennett Osteen focuses on motions practice in intellectual property matters and other complex civil litigation. She has experience drafting dispositive and nondispositive motions in sophisticated business disputes and has supported clients in high-stakes government investigations.
Anne Bennett maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing a client in a direct criminal appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Before joining Jones Day, Anne Bennett served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Prior to attending law school, she worked at a boutique consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
