Rose Mooney represents clients in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her practice spans diverse areas of litigation, including cases involving environmental and energy matters, asset-backed securities, and business torts. She also regularly litigates cases arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Rose has experience researching and drafting motions, taking and preparing depositions, and conducting fact and expert discovery. She has also served as an associate on numerous cybersecurity and data privacy matters.
Rose maintains an active pro bono practice and represents individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She also works with the Firm's human trafficking initiative and assists clients with criminal expungements.
