Scott Moulin's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including evaluating cases; engaging in fact investigation; managing discovery; drafting pretrial, evidentiary, and dispositive motions; and assisting with trial work. He has led mediations and negotiated settlements. He has led teams of associates, paralegals, and third-party employees at client locations in multiple states.
Recently, Scott defended a major retailer in hundreds of cases brought by state and municipal governments across the country alleging that the distribution and sale of prescription opioids constitutes a public nuisance.
Scott also maintains an active pro bono practice, including successfully representing survivors of human trafficking in vacatur proceedings, survivors seeking domestic violence restraining orders, and clients seeking asylum in the United States and individuals in other immigration matters.
