Kelsey Moore is a commercial litigator with a focus on complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, and compliance. She has defended clients in large, high-stakes antitrust matters against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and private class plaintiffs, assisting with case strategy, research, and discovery. She has helped clients navigate investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the FTC, and state attorneys general, and she counsels on a range of compliance issues including antitrust and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Kelsey's pro bono practice focuses on legal representation for those seeking immigration relief and appellate advocacy for indigent criminal defendants. She serves on the associate board of the Literacy Cooperative, a nonprofit dedicated to improving literacy across Northeast Ohio.
Before attending law school, Kelsey managed the logistics for a fine wine retailer in New York City.
