Katie Menello's practice focuses on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters, including compliance, corporate transactions, and data breach responses.
Katie counsels clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws, as well as emerging artificial intelligence (AI) laws, helping clients navigate an evolving global regulatory landscape. In addition, Katie advises clients in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions on privacy and cybersecurity issues. Katie also has experience assisting clients in navigating data breach investigations and response.
Katie maintains an active pro bono practice representing nonprofit organizations and working with the Firm's Border Project to assist individuals seeking asylum.
