Thomas Leclercq concentrates his practice on all fields of private equity and M&A, with a particular focus on venture capital transactions. He advises innovative companies, as well as the investment funds that finance them, through all stages of their development, from incorporation to exit, including fundraising and external growth transactions. He also assists founders in developing and implementing tailored corporate governance strategies and employee incentive plans.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Thomas completed several internships with law firms in Paris and Hong Kong.
