Paxton Lozano represents and counsels clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, including products liability actions, multidistrict antitrust litigation, and claims arising under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA). She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, e-discovery, motions practice, and working with various experts and consultants to prepare for depositions and trial.

Paxton currently represents an equipment manufacturer in a multidistrict litigation against plaintiffs alleging monopolization and unfair competition. Paxton's recent experience also includes defending a corporate client in a post-closing dispute and a financial institution in an action involving TVPRA claims.

In addition, Paxton maintains an active pro bono practice by representing clients seeking asylum in the United States.
