Mackenzie Kneiss represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on products liability, securities and shareholder actions, and bankruptcy-related disputes.
Mackenzie’s recent experience includes defending a regional energy provider in securities litigation, defending a Fortune 500 company in products liability litigation, and representing parties in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Her work spans all stages of litigation, from pre-lawsuit investigation and early case assessment through dispositive motion practice and trial preparation.
Mackenzie also maintains an active pro bono practice, working with Lawyers Without Borders to develop criminal justice training materials on technology-facilitated violence against women.
