Kimberlyn Hughes's practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters and arbitration proceedings in federal and state courts. She has experience in numerous litigation matters and in several aspects of litigation, including fact investigation and discovery.
Kimberlyn also maintains an active pro bono practice by participating in Cleveland's Right to Counsel Program, which provides free legal counsel to low-income individuals in certain eviction cases. She has also counseled asylum seekers through Jones Day's Border Project.
