Henry Holmes is a corporate lawyer focused on representing public and private companies in transactions involving a variety of deal structures, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and equity financings, among others. Henry also advises companies on corporate governance and general business law matters.
Henry's recent experience includes advising: GOJO Industries, the maker of the iconic PURELL® brand, in its $2.25 billion sale to The Clorox Company; Parker-Hannifin in its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire the Filtration Group Corporation from Madison Industries for $9.25 billion; Logility Supply Chain Solutions in its go-private sale to Aptean; and SAP in its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Reltio.
Henry also has advised various private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a number of different acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
