Representing clients in a wide range of industries, including communications, renewable energy, e-commerce, consumer goods, entertainment, chemical manufacturing, and health care, Matt's recent experience includes transactions for Koch Industries, Avient Corporation, Milliken & Company, and Newell Brands.

Matt is actively involved in the Firm's pro bono activities in Laredo, Texas, which provides legal services to immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.
