Joe Ferari represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience at all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery and fact-finding, deposition preparation, and motions practice.
Recently, Joe has been part of teams defending a private equity firm against antitrust claims, a global steel manufacturer against trade secret claims, and a product manufacturer in a mass tort action.
Joe maintains an active pro bono practice. He has successfully represented litigants in the mediation and settlement of civil rights claims against local governments and assisted a client seeking habeas relief in federal court. Prior to joining Jones Day, Joe served as a law clerk for Judge Aileen M. Cannon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
