Mark Davies advises on all aspects of corporate real estate, particularly as it relates to complex real estate joint ventures and investment funds. His practice spans fund formation and liquidity solutions including secondaries transactions, together with structured transactions and M&A, and particularly focuses on joint and programmatic ventures.

The Firm's global clients benefit from Mark's unusually deep experience with and command on the level of the assets themselves, comprising nearly a decade advising on the property and planning aspects of large-scale developments, acquisitions, and disposals. Time spent on secondment assisting the Goldman Sachs EMEA Real Estate team on the legal aspects of their transactions informs a balanced and commercial outlook.

His work with sponsors, investors, managers, and operating partners spans UK, overseas, and cross-border real estate transactions and vehicles.
