Edoardo Corò assists prominent international clients such as public and private companies, multinational groups, and investment funds on M&A transactions and corporate law matters under Italian law. He works on domestic and multijurisdictional M&A deals involving the acquisition or sale of target companies or groups operating in various industry sectors, including biochemicals, manufacturing, health care, and paperboard.

In connection with M&A transactions, Edoardo has also assisted clients on foreign direct investment (FDI) matters under applicable Italian FDI regulations. He has worked on several filings with the Italian government office in connection with deals in the health care, data protection, agriculture, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications sectors.
